I have just had the pleasure of taking my second retreat.
This time we were in a wonderful meditation centre in Dorset called Bonhays, an oasis of calm and beauty. The participants were powerful and vibrant, everyone was ripe for the work, and the weekend flowed easily. It was such a gift to see each person drop their fears and limitations, glimpse their true self, and emerge shining and open to life.
We have already booked the centre for our next retreat on September 15th and I look forward to finding out who will be joining us then.
